COVID-19 Loan Technical  Assistance

Need to apply to a disaster relief loan but do not have the necessary documents? We can help! Apply for technical assistance with Conaxion so we can help you to obtain the documents you need. Here is a list of required documents:

  • Business Tax Returns (1 year, if available)

  • Complete Loan Application 

  • Interim Business Financial Statement

  • Personal Financial Statement

  • Personal Tax Returns (1 year)

  • Bank Statements (3 months)

  • Itemized Budget for Funds Requested

Types of Disaster Loans

SBA's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)

This loan program provides loan forgiveness for retaining employees by temporarily expanding the traditional SBA 7(a) loan program.

SBA's Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL; Up to $10K)

This loan advance will provide up to $10,000 of economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing temporary difficulties.

SBA's Express Bridge Loans (Up to $25K)

Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly.

SBA's Debt Relief Program

The SBA is providing a financial reprieve to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

City of Los Angeles Emergency Micro-loan Program ($5K-$20K)

The newly established Small Business Emergency Microloan Program now provides financing needed to strengthen small business enterprises in this time of acute need that have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

State of California Disaster Relief Loan Guarantee Program

The Small Business Finance Center (SBFC) partners with Financial Development Corporations to provide loan guarantees and direct loans for small businesses that experience capital access barriers.

CDC C-19 Emergency Relief Working Capital Loan ($20K-$50K)

Getting a small business loan can be scary – and confusing. And often banks will say no to small businesses. Since CDC Finance is not a bank, they have flexibility to meet your needs and make getting a loan for your business easier. As a nonprofit organization they focus on helping you get the financing you need to get your business ahead.
